We deliver anywhere within the borders of South Africa from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you live in any outlying town we might need some additional time but we promise it is worth the wait! Also worth noting is townships and farms carry an extra surcharge.

We will always try to bring your order to your doorstep in the most affordable way. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout & are based on product weights and your delivery address.

We charge a once off delivery fee. Other retailers might advertise free delivery but they simply load the delivery fee on each product they sell, which results in you, the customer paying much more for delivery than what you will with us.

When will delivery take place?

Our delivery team is ready to pick, pack and deliver your order as soon as payment confirmation and required supporting documents such as TV License validation are received. Generally you can expect your order within 2 - 5 working days. Should this be a urgent order, please contact us and we will try our best to fast track the process.

We will make sure to give you a call and reschedule as soon as possible.

Mistakes do happen, should you experience this, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery on 087 230 0479 or info@yeshealth.co.za. We will do our best to have the damaged/faulty/incorrect product collected and a new product delivered to you. For more details view our returns and refunds policy.

Secure Payments can be made via the following: Credit & Debit cards, Maestro & Visa Electron, Payfast Instant EFT, Mobicred

We make use of the PayFast payment gateway, a leader in secure online payments in South Africa.

PayFast is committed to keeping you and your information secure. Payfast have a multitude of checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions. Payfast use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available.

Instant EFT enables you to make EFT payments that clear immediately. ABSA, FNB, Nedbank & Standard Bank are supported.

Mobicred is a simple and convenient online credit facility that allows you to shop on yeshealth.co.za and repay the amount in monthly instalments. Interest is charged at 21% per year. Please note the annual interest rate may change. As a revolving credit facility, Mobicred repayments are calculated as 10% of the account balance plus fees. These fees will be confirmed with you by Mobicred on opening your Mobicred account and could entail the following:

Monthly service fee of R35.00 (ex VAT) Once off account initiation fee ranging from R100-R500 (ex VAT), depending on the facility granted. Please note: The monthly payment amount displayed is indicative only and based on 12 monthly instalments excluding any Mobicred fees.
