We only use reputable couriers to get your orders delivered to you, anywhere in SA, usually within 2-5 working days from dispatch, and always with a tracking number which we pass onto you. This all means that you can rest assured that your order is delivered as quickly as possible and that you always know what stage your delivery is at.

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and you will be presented with shipping options, based on live rates received from the couriers at that time.

Delays may occur on occasion should the courier services be under strain but we strive to get you your order in record time. Yes Health holds stock unless the product is marked as a PRE-ORDER or BACK ORDER, then there will be extra lead time days.

Handling Time:

Once the payment for your order has reflected on our side, we will begin the process of handling your order. Orders are generally processed within 24 - 48 hours after you have completed your order.

We offer a Click & Collect service from our Midrand Offices, at no additional charges to you.

Orders placed are generally ready for collection within 24 - 48 hours.

30 Day Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be packaged accordingly in order to protect it during transport with couriers. Should the item not be wrapped/packaged correctly for transport and the product box/packaging is de-faced by the time it arrives to us, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return please make sure that:

- The product is unopened an in its original packaging;
- The product has not been tampered with;
- The original packaging has not been damaged;
- Prior arrangements have been made with Yes Health;
- A handling fee and collection fee may apply

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate with the body or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which will be at Yes Health's discretion. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed accordingly. It is important to note that we only process refunds on Debit/Credit card payments and EFT payments only! This takes between 5-10 days to process your refund.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or with your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, credit card refunds have a turn around time of 5-10 working days to process back to your card, this is for security reasons. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items: (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should first contact us to make the arrangements. We can arrange collection for you or you can send the return to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
